Fore! A new fundraiser by the West Linn Library Foundation will allow community members to mini golf their way through the West Linn Public Library while raising money for kids reading programs.

The Library Foundation is hosting Caddy Stacks from 4-7 p.m. Friday, May 30. Tickets for the event, which will support the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, cost $20 and can be purchased at www.eventbrite.com/e/caddy-stacks-tickets.

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library, thanks to the support of its country music super star namesake and fundraising organizations like the West Linn Library Foundation, provides a free book each month to every child under 5 who enrolls in the program.

“Grab a snack and putt your way through our unique course throughout the library and challenge your friends & family to see who has the best swing,” the description on the West Linn library website reads. “Whether you’re a golf pro or just looking for a good time, Caddy Stacks is the place to be.”

While golf balls and putters will be provided, attendees are invited to bring their own putter.
